I have been associated with Grip-Birkman since its inception and am a Coach and Trainer. I believe it is one of the best tools for understanding one’s self and others naturally and supernaturally. My background is as a Southern Baptist collegiate minister; I am now pastoring 2 small Methodist churches in semi-retirement. My passion is to bring healing to the Body of Christ through the understanding and implementation of the biblical principles of lay mobilization.

Fern has been working with Grip-Birkman assessments since 2014 and has conducted debriefs and workshops in a variety of settings. She has a background in Leadership Development, Ministry, Spiritual Direction and Counselling and has worked in Ministry, Education, Non-profit, and Business settings. She offers debriefing individually, in small groups, as well as Team debriefing sessions with a special focus on growing teams by building understanding and healthy relationships.
